The new arrival is almost here! Avant Staffing Group, LLC is pleased to announce the launch of its new division, MaternityTemps(sm), on Monday, March 10, 2003. The division offers strategic maternity leave staff planning for employers, and maternity leave support services for women. In conjunction with International Women's Month 2003, MaternityTemps(sm) will be introduced to the staffing industry as a first in dedicated maternity leave staffing solutions.

Two years in the making, the concept for MaternityTemps(sm) was born out of a desire to help women balance their careers and maternity leave, while offering employers a cost-effective staffing solution to the maternity gap.
